Shipping Information

Our current delivery fee is set at a flat rate of $12 for Australia wide delivery no matter how many items you purchase. Please ensure that your shipping address is correctly written at the checkout as once your order has been sent we cannot alter delivery details during transit.

Items listed on the website will be dispatched within 24 to 72 business hours via either Courier or Australia Post. Tracking details will be provided to you via email communications once your item has been sent.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns:

We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@hellohomewares.com.au. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
